შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს შიდა ქართლის პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის ხაშურის რაიონული სამმართველოს თანამშრომლებმა, ჩატარებული ოპერატიულ-საგამოძიებო მოქმედებების შედეგად, ჯგუფურად ჩადენილი ძალადობის ბრალდებით, 1993 წელს დაბადებული ხ.ნ., 1991 წელს დაბადებული ს.ნ. და 1986 წელს დაბადებული დ.დ. ხაშურში დააკავეს.

დანაშაული 2 წლამდე ვადით თავისუფლების აღკვეთას ითვალისწინებს.

გამოძიებით დადგინდა, რომ ბრალდებულმა პირებმა ხაშურის მუნიციპალიტეტის სოფელ ალში, 1947 წელს დაბადებულ ა.ფ.-ს ჯგუფურად მიაყენეს ფიზიკური შეურაცხყოფა.

გამოძიება საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის 126-ე მუხლის პირველი პრიმა ნაწილის „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტით მიმდინარეობს, რაც ჯგუფურად ჩადენილ ძალადობას გულისხმობს.
