(GUARDIAN.GE) - ამერიკის შეერთებული შტატების კონგრესმა თავდაცვის ხარჯების კანონზე პრეზიდენტ დონალდ ტრამპის ვეტო დაძლია და ასეთი რამ მისი პრეზიდენტობისას პირველად მოხდა.

 

 

„რესპუბლიკელების“ მიერ კონტროლირებულმა სენატმა ახალ წელს გამართა სესია, რაც იშვიათი შემთხვევაა და წარმომადგენელთა პალატის მიერ კენჭისყრაზე გასული კანონის შესახებ დებატების შემდეგ „თავდაცვის ეროვნული ავტორიზაციის აქტს“ უყარა კენჭი და 81 ხმით 13-ის წინააღმდეგ კანონს მხარდაჭერა გამოუცხადა. კონგრესის ორივე პალატაში პრეზიდენტის ვეტოს დასაძლევად ხმების 2/3 იყო საჭირო.

 


შეერთებული შტატების თავდაცვის უწყების 2021 წლის ბიუჯეტი 740 მილიარდი აშშ დოლარით არის განსაზღვრული.
