რუსთავში დღეს დავით ტვილდიანის სამედიცინო უნივერსიტეტის კამპუსი გაიხსნა.

 


ცერემონიაში, საქართველოს პრემიერ მინისტრმა, გიორგი კვირიკაშვილმა მიიღო მონაწილეობა.

 


მთავრობის მეთაურის თქმით, განათლება ხელისუფლების ნომერ პირველი პრიორიტეტია და მისასალმებელია, რომ მაღალი რეპუტაციის მქონე უნივერსიტეტი, რომელსაც არსებობის 27-წლიანი ისტორია აქვს, ფართოვდება.

 


"მე, როგორც თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტის ერთ-ერთ კურსდამთავრებულს, შემიძლია, სიამაყით ვთქვა, რომ დღეს,, მსოფლიოს წამყვან კლინიკებში მუშაობს ათობით ქართველი, საქართველოდან წასული წარმატებული ექიმი და მათი უდიდესი უმრავლესობა სწორედაც ტვილდიანის უნივერსიტეტის დაფრთიანებულია. ძალიან მისასალმებელია, რომ დღეს ეს უნივერსიტეტი ფართოვდება და სტუდენტებს სწავლა უკვე ასეთ სრულიად ახალ სასწავლებელში შეეძლებათ. საქართველო თანდათან ყალიბდება, როგორც საერთაშორისო განათლების ჰაბი, ცენტრი - რეგიონული და არა მხოლოდ რეგიონული, რადგან ძალიან ბევრი ქვეყანა, რომელიც უშუალოდ ჩვენს რეგიონს მიღმაა, დღეს დაინტერესებულია საქართველოში განათლების სისტემით. საქართველოში დღეს 10 ათასამდე უცხოელი სტუდენტია და აქედან ნახევარზე მეტი განათლებას სწორედ სამედიცინო მიმართულებით იღებს. ეს ადამიანები ყოველწლიურად 50 მილიონამდე ლარის კონტრიბუციას ახდენენ საქართველოში, რაც საქართველო განათლების სისტემისთვის სასიცოცხლოდ საჭირო რესურსია", - განაცხადა პრემიერ მინისტრმა და უნივერსიტეტის პრეზიდენტს, დიმიტრი ტვილდიანს მადლობა გადაუხადა.

 


გიორგი კვირიკაშვილმა პროექტის განხორციელება ასევე მიულოცა რუსთაველებს და განაცხადა, რომ სივრცითი მოწყობის გეგმის ერთ-ერთი მთავარი ღერძი, კონცეფცია პოლიცენტრული, ურბანული განვითარებაა.

 


"ეს იმას ნიშნავს, რომ ჩვენ სისხლხორცეულად ვართ დაინტერესებული, ქალაქებმა, ამ შემთხვევაში რუსთავმა, ნიშური ფუნქცია გამონახონ და ერთ-ერთი ასეთი შეიძლება იყოს სამედიცინო და, საერთოდ, განათლების მიმართულება, აქ არსებული განსაკუთრებული პოტენციალიდან გამომდინარე", - განაცხადა პრემიერ მინისტრმა და უნივერსიტეტის სტუდენტებსა და პროფესორ-მასწავლებლებს, ქვეყნისთვის საშურ ძალიან დიდ საქმეში, წარმატებები უსურვა.

 


მთავრობის ადმინისტრაციის ცნობით, დავით ტვილდიანის სამედიცინო უნივერსიტეტის ახალი საუნივერსიტეტო კამპუსი პირველ ეტაპზე მხოლოდ უცხოელი სტუდენტების მიღებას გეგმავს. სამომავლოდ კი, კამპუსში სწავლასა და ცხოვრებას ქართველი სტუდენტებიც შეძლებენ. ახალი კამპუსის ტერიტორიაზე დავით ტვილდიანის საზოგადოებრივი საექთნო კოლეჯის ფილიალის გახსნაც იგეგმება.

 


რუსთავში მდებარე კამპუსში, რომელიც 400 სტუდენტზეა გათვლილი, ერთად იქნება მოთავსებული სასწავლო აუდიტორიები და ლაბორატორიები, ბიბლიოთეკა, საცხოვრებელი ოთახები და სპორტული მოედნები.
