„ყოველწლიურად აზერბაიჯანის რესპუბლიკაში 10 ნოემბერი საზეიმოდ აღინიშნება, როგორც გამარჯვების დღე“, - წერია აზერბაიჯანის პრეზიდენტის განკარგულებაში.

10 ნოემბერს ძალაში შევიდა რუსეთის პრეზიდენტის, სომხეთის პრემიერ მინისტრისა და აზერბაიჯანის პრეზიდენტის მიერ ხელმოწერილი დოკუმენტი, რომლითაც მთიანი ყარაბაღის კონფლიქტის ზონაში საბრძოლო მოქმედებები დასრულდა.
