შეერთებული შტატების პრეზიდენტობის "რესპუბლიკელი" კანდიდატის, დონალდ ტრამპის ქონებამ 2015 წლის შემდეგ სერიოზული დანაკარგი განიცადა და "ფორბსის" თანახმად, მისი ქონება 800 მილიონი ამერიკული დოლარით შემცირდა.

 


ბიზნეს ჟურნალ "ფორბსის" შეფასებით, უძრავი ქონების მაგნატის სუფთა მოგება 3.7 მილიარდ აშშ დოლარს შეადგენს. პუბლიკაციის თანახმად, შემოსავლის კლება ნიუ იორკის უძრავი ქონების ბაზარზე ფასების შემცირებამ განაპირობა.

 


28 შენობიდან, რასაც ტრამპი ფლობს, 18–ის ღირებულება დაეცა, მათ შორის მანჰეტენის მე–5 პროსპექტზე მდებარე "ტრამპ თაუერი" –საც.

 


"ფორბსის" თანახმად, მისმა უძრავმა ქონებამ "უოლ სთრითის" 40 ნომერში და მარ–ა–ლაგოში, ასევე მისმა კერძო კლუბმა "პალმ ბიჩზე", ფლორიდაში, დაკარგა ღირებულება, მაგრამ ტრამპის 7 უძრავი ქონების, მათ შორის სან ფრანცისკოს მე–2 ყველაზე მაღალი შენობის ფასმა მოიმატა.
