Biden predicted victory in a speech on Wednesday night, but stopped short of an outright declaration.

Earlier, Trump called the results "phenomenal" for him, stating that he believes he has won the election, even though several states had yet to be called.

Biden has a record number of votes and three million more than Trump. But that doesn't guarantee him victory.

Trump is so far projected to win several key swing states including Florida, Texas, Ohio and Iowa.
