შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს საექსპერტო-კრიმინალისტიკური დეპარტამენტის დაქტილოსკოპიური ექსპერტიზის რეგიონულმა ლაბორატორიებმა ქალაქ ბათუმში, ქალაქ ახალციხესა და ქალაქ გორში წარმატებით გაიარეს საერთაშორისო სტანდარტის - ISO17025:2017-ის მოთხოვნების შესაბამისობის აკრედიტაციის შეფასების პროცესი.

 

 

საქართველოში ეს არის პირველი პრეცედენტი, როდესაც ექსპერტიზის რეგიონული ლაბორატორიების აკრედიტაცია ხორციელდება საერთაშორისო სტანდარტის - ISO17025:2017-ის მოთხოვნების შესაბამისად.

 

 

აკრედიტაციის მოსაპოვებლად საექსპერტო-კრიმინალისტიკურ დეპარტამენტში დამტკიცდა მეთოდური სახელმძღვანელოები, სტანდარტული სამოქმედო და ადმინისტრაციული პროცედურები, ასევე, ამავე დეპარტამენტის დაქტილოსკოპიური ექსპერტიზის რეგიონული ლაბორატორიის ექსპერტებმა ამერიკული აკრედიტირებული კომპანიების (CTS, RS&A) მიერ მოწოდებული ტესტებით გაიარეს საერთაშორისო პროფესიული ტესტირება. აღნიშნული ტესტებით ხდება ამერიკელი და ევროპელი ექსპერტების კვალიფიკაციის შემოწმება და დადასტურება.

 

 

საექსპერტო-კრიმინალისტიკური დეპარტამენტის ლაბორატორიების მიერ ISO17025:2017-ის აკრედიტაციის მიღების პროცესი აქტიურად მიმდინარეობს აშშ-ის სახელმწიფო დეპარტამენტის ანტინარკოტიკული და სამართალდამცავ ორგანოებთან თანამშრომლობის ბიუროს (INL) ჩართულობითა და მხარდაჭერით.

 

 

"მეამაყება, რომ აშშ-ის სახელმწიფო დეპარტამენტის ანტინარკოტიკული და სამართალდამცავ ორგანოებთან ურთიერთობის საერთაშორისო ბიურო (INL) უკვე 20 წელია, რაც შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს საექსპერტო-კრიმინალისტიკური სამსახურის ლაბორატორიებთან თანამშრომლობს. ჩვენ ექსპერტ-კრიმინალისტებს დახმარებას ვუწევდით ტექნიკური და საჭირო კონსულტაციების კუთხით, ასევე, მათი გადამზადება განხორციელდა ამერიკის შეერთებულ შტატებში. მოხარული ვართ, რომ შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროში არსებულ ლაბორატორიებთან მჭიდროდ ვთანამშრომლობთ და ვიმედოვნებ, რომ არსებული თანამშრომლობა მომავალშიც გაგრძელდება", - განაცხადა აშშ-ის სახელმწიფო დეპარტამენტის ანტინარკოტიკული და სამართალდამცავ ორგანოებთან თანამშრომლობის ბიუროს (INL) დირექტორმა რებეკა ჰანტმა.

 

 

საერთაშორისო სტანდარტით აკრედიტაციის მოპოვების შემდეგ, საქართველოს შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს საექსპერტო-კრიმინალისტიკური დეპარტამენტის ლაბორატორიების მიერ მომზადებული დასკვნა აღიარებული და მისაღები იქნება მსოფლიოს ნებისმიერ ქვეყანაში.

 

 

საექსპერტო-კრიმინალისტიკური დეპარტამენტი განაგრძობს ინტენსიურ მუშაობას ექსპერტიზის სხვა მიმართულებების ეტაპობრივი აკრედიტაციისთვის და 2020 წლის აგვისტოს ბოლომდე, ასევე, იგეგმება ჰაბიტოსკოპიური და დოკუმენტების ტექნიკური/გრაფიკული ექსპერტიზის ლაბორატორიების აკრედიტაცია საერთაშორისო სტანდარტის ISO17025:2017-ის მოთხოვნების შესაბამისად.
