საქართველოს პარლამენტის არჩევნებისთვის ზემოაღნიშნული ქალაქებისა და კანონით განსაზღვრული შესაბამისი ადგილობრივი ტერიტორიული ერთეულების ფარგლებში, მაჟორიტარულ საარჩევნო ოლქებს ქმნის და მათ საზღვრებს ადგენს  ცენტრალური საარჩევნო კომისია (ცესკო).

გამჭვირვალობისა და საჯაროობის პრინციპების უზრუნველსაყოფად, ცესკო განსახილველად წარმოადგენს პროექტს საარჩევნო ოლქებისა და მათი საზღვრების შესახებ, აგრეთვე შესაბამის რუკებს. აღნიშნული მოიცავს ოლქებში შემავალი ტერიტორიების, ქუჩების და მათი ნომრების შესახებ ინფორმაციას 30 მაჟორიტარული ოლქისთვის. კანონის თანახმად, თბილისში იქმნება 22 მაჟორიტარული ოლქი (მუხლი 1101 მე-2 პუნქტი), ქუთაისში 3 (მუხლი 1101, 24-ე პუნქტი), ბათუმში 3 (მუხლი 1101, 39-ე პუნქტი) და რუსთავში - 2 (მუხლი 110 1, მე-8 პუნქტი).

მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქები საქართველოს პარლამენტის არჩევნებისათვის  

1. საქართველოს პარლამენტის მორიგი არჩევნებისათვის ამ კანონის 110-ე მუხლის მე-6 პუნქტით გათვალისწინებული ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქები არის ამ არჩევნებამდე ჩატარებული ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის ორგანოთა ბოლო არჩევნებისათვის ამ კანონის საფუძველზე შექმნილი ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქები.

2. ქალაქ თბილისის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და გარდაბნის მუნიციპალიტეტის მარტყოფის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქის საზღვრებში იქმნება 22 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

3. საგარეჯოს, გურჯაანის, ხაშურის, საჩხერის, ჭიათურის, წყალტუბოს, სამტრედიის მუნიციპალიტეტების საზღვრებში იქმნება თითო მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

4. სიღნაღისა და დედოფლისწყაროს მუნიციპალიტეტების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

5. ლაგოდეხის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და ყვარლის მუნიციპალიტეტის ახალსოფლის, ბალღოჯიანის, ჭიკაანის, კუჭატნის, გავაზისა და მთისძირის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

6. ქალაქ თელავის მუნიციპალიტეტის, თელავის მუნიციპალიტეტის აკურის, კისისხევის, კონდოლის, კურდღელაურის, ქვემო ხოდაშნის, შალაურისა და წინანდლის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქებისა და ყვარლის მუნიციპალიტეტის ქალაქ ყვარლის, შილდის, ენისლის, საბუისა და გრემის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

7. ახმეტის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და თელავის მუნიციპალიტეტის გულგულის, ვარდისუბნის, თეთრი წყლების, იყალთოს, ნაფარეულის, რუისპირის, სანიორის, ფშავლის, ყარაჯალისა და ართანის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

8. ქალაქ რუსთავის მუნიციპალიტეტში იქმნება 2 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

9. გარდაბნის მუნიციპალიტეტის ქალაქ გარდაბნის, ვახტანგისის, კალინინოს, ლემშვენიერის, ნაზარლოს, სართიჭალის, ქესალოს, ნორიოს და ჯანდარის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

10. თეთრი წყაროს მუნიციპალიტეტისა და გარდაბნის მუნიციპალიტეტის კუმისის, თელეთის, კრწანისის, ახალი სამგორის, გამარჯვების, აღთაქლის, ყარათაქლის, ყარაჯალარისა და ახალსოფლის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

11. ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტში (გარდა კაზრეთის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქისა) იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

12. წალკისა და დმანისის მუნიციპალიტეტებისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტის კაზრეთის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქის საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

13. მარნეულის მუნიციპალიტეტის ალგეთის, კასუმლოს, სადახლოს, ქაფანახჩის, ქურთლარის, ყაჩაღანისა და ყულარის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

14. მარნეულის მუნიციპალიტეტის ქალაქ მარნეულის, ყიზილაჯლოს, თამარისის, წერეთლის, დამია-გიაურარხის, შულავრის, შაუმიანის, წერაქვის, ხოჯორნის, ახქერფისა და ოფრეთის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

15. ქალაქ მცხეთისა და მცხეთის მუნიციპალიტეტების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

16. დუშეთის, თიანეთისა და ყაზბეგის მუნიციპალიტეტების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

17. კასპის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და გორის მუნიციპალიტეტის ქვახვრელის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქის საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

18. ქარელის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და გორის მუნიციპალიტეტის ვარიანისა და შინდისის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

19. ქალაქ გორის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და გორის მუნიციპალიტეტის ტინისხიდისა და ბერბუკის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

20. გორის მუნიციპალიტეტში (გარდა ქვახვრელის, ვარიანის, შინდისის, ტინისხიდისა და ბერბუკის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქებისა) იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

21. ქალაქ ახალციხის, ახალციხისა და ადიგენის მუნიციპალიტეტების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

22. ბორჯომის მუნიციპალიტეტის, ასპინძის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და ახალქალაქის მუნიციპალიტეტის აზავრეთის, კოჭიოს, პტენის, ბარალეთისა და ჩუნჩხის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

23. ნინოწმინდის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და ახალქალაქის მუნიციპალიტეტის (გარდა აზავრეთის, კოჭიოს, პტენის, ბარალეთისა და ჩუნჩხის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქებისა) საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

24. ქალაქ ქუთაისის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და თერჯოლის მუნიციპალიტეტის კვახჭირის, ჭოგნარისა და გოდოგნის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 3 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

25. ტყიბულის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და თერჯოლის მუნიციპალიტეტის (გარდა კვახჭირის, ჭოგნარისა და გოდოგნის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქებისა) საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.

26. ხარაგაულის მუნიციპალიტეტის, ბაღდათის მუნიციპალიტეტისა და ზესტაფონის მუნიციპალიტეტის ილემის, სანახშირის, შროშის, ფუთისა და ძირულის ადგილობრივი მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქების საზღვრებში იქმნება 1 მაჟორიტარული საარჩევნო ოლქი.
