როგორც ვიცე-პრემიერმა აღნიშნა, 400 ადამიანი დასაქმდება კომპანია "ჯეო ემპექსის" საწარმოში, რომელიც საფეიქრო, ტექსტილის პროდუქციას გამოუშვებს. საწარმოს შესაქმნელად "ჯეო ემპექსს" ეკონომიკისა და მდგრადი განვითარების სამინისტროს სსიპ "სახელმწიფო ქონების ეროვნულმა სააგენტომ" სიმბოლურ ფასად, ერთ ლარად გადასცა თბილისში, ნინუას ქუჩა N3-ში მდებარე 5312.00 კვ.მ არასასოფლო-სამეურნეო დანიშნულების მიწის ნაკვეთი და მასზე არსებული შენობა-ნაგებობები. გადაცემული ქონების ღირებულება 812 086 ლარს შეადგენს. კომპანია საწარმოს შესაქმნელად 4 872 516 ლარის ინვესტიციის განხორციელებასა და პროდუქციის წლიური მოცულობის (პალტოები, ლაბადები და ანალოგიური ნაწარმი) 120 000 ერთეულამდე გაზრდას გეგმავს.
