პარლამენტმა რიგგარეშე სესიის პლენარულ სხდომაზე მთავრობის საკანონმდებლო ინიციატივის წესით წარდგენილი კანონპროექტი „ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონში ცვლილების შეტანის თაობაზე“ და მისგან გამომდინარე კანონპროექტები მესამე მოსმენით, 77 ხმით მიიღო.

 


პროექტით გათვალისწინებული ცვლილებები საქართველოს ოკუპირებული ტერიტორიებიდან დევნილთა, შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის მინისტრის პირველმა მოადგილემ თამარ გაბუნიამ წარადგინა.

 


პროექტი სამედიცინო და ფარმაცევტულ სფეროში სახელმწიფო კონტროლის განხორციელებისას მაკონტროლებლის უფლებამოსილებების ახლებურად განსაზღვრას ითვალისწინებს.

 


მომხსენებლის განცხადებით, საკანონმდებლო ცვლილებით ადმინისტრირების უფრო მოქნილი მექანიზმები შემუშავდა, ასევე დაიხვეწა სამართლებრივი ურთიერთობები.

 


„მნიშვნელოვანი მოდელი დაკანონდება ამ პროექტების ამოქმედებით, რაც, ვფიქრობთ, კიდევ უფრო მეტად გაზრდის პაციენტის დაცულობას ჯანდაცვის სისტემაში და ხელს შეუწყობს სამედიცინო პერსონალის ეფექტურ და უსაფრთხო საქმიანობას“, - განაცხადა თამარ გაბუნიამ.
