საქართველოს პრემიერ-მინისტრი ირაკლი ღარიბაშვილი, ბრიუსელში ვიზიტის ფარგლებში, ევროპული საბჭოს პრეზიდენტ შარლ მიშელს შეხვდა.

 


პირისპირ შეხვედრისას, მხარეებმა საქართველო-ევროკავშირის ურთიერთობების დღის წესრიგის ყველა მნიშვნელოვან საკითხზე ისაუბრეს. საუბარი ასევე შეეხო აღმოსავლეთ პარტნიორობის სამიტის პოლიტიკურ დეკლარაციაში ძლიერი გზავნილების დაფიქსირებისა და საქართველოსთვის პრიორიტეტული საკითხების ასახვის მნიშვნელობას.

 

მთავრობის მეთაურმა აღნიშნა, რომ საქართველოსთვის მნიშვნელოვანია ევროკავშირის ერთიან ბაზარზე ეტაპობრივი ინტეგრაცია და ენერგეტიკული და ციფრული დაკავშირებადობის გაძლიერება.

 


ირაკლი ღარიბაშვილმა შარლ მიშელს მადლობა გადაუხადა საქართველოს ევროპული ინტეგრაციის გზაზე მხარდაჭერის პროცესში პირადი ძალისხმევისთვის და აღნიშნა, რომ ევროპული ინტეგრაცია ქართველი ხალხის აბსოლუტური უმრავლესობის არჩევანია და საქართველოს მთავრობის ამბიციური გეგმა, 2024 წელს ევროკავშირის სრულფასოვან წევრობაზე ოფიციალური განაცხადის გაკეთებასთან დაკავშირებით, სწორედ ამ მიზანს ემსახურება.

 


შეხვედრაზე ასევე საუბარი შეეხო ქვეყანაში მიმდინარე რეფორმებს და მათი გაგრძელების მნიშვნელობას.
