თბილისის საბავშვო ბაგა-ბაღების მართვის სააგენტო განცხადებას ავრცელებს.

 

 

„გვსურს, გამოვეხმაუროთ თბილისის საბავშვო ბაგა-ბაღების მართვის სააგენტოს ტექნიკური ზედამხედველობის განყოფილების ყოფილი უფროსის, ნოდარ ავდალიანის სრულიად უსაფუძვლო ბრალდებას, რომლითაც ის სააგენტოს ხელმძღვანელს პოლიტიკური ნიშნით დევნაში სდებს ბრალს.

 


ნოდარ ავდალიანი 2018 წლიდან დასაქმებული იყო ზემოხსენებულ თანამდებობაზე და ამ პერიოდში, მას რამდენჯერმე აქვს მიღებული დისციპლინური პასუხისმგებლობის ზომა, საყვედური და სასტიკი საყვედური ნაკისრი ვალდებულებების არაჯეროვნად შესრულების გამო. ყველა შემთხვევაში, დისციპლინური პასუხისმგებლობის ზომის მიღების საფუძველი იყო მერიის შიდა აუდიტის საქალაქო სამსახურის დასკვნა.

აღნიშნულ საკითხთან დაკავშირებით, ამ ეტაპზე, მიმდინარეობს დავა თბილისის საქალაქო სასამართლოში და მოსარჩელის სამსახურიდან გათავისუფლების მართლზომიერებას სასამართლო შეაფასებს“, - ნათქვამია განცხადებაში.
