რუსთავში ვახტანგ გორგასლის სახელობის საკათედრო ტაძარში, ქობულეთში ხანძრის შედეგად დაღუპული ბავშვების პანაშვიდზე საქართველოს კათოლიკოს-პატრიარქი, უწმინდესი და უნეტარესი ილია მეორე მიბრძანდა.

ტაძრის ეზოში და მიმდებარე ტერიტორიაზე შეკრებილები არიან კერძო სკოლა „რეცას" და მე-11 საჯარო სკოლის მოსწავლეები, პედაგოგები. ასევე იმყოფებიან ქვემო ქართლის ადგილობრივი ხელისუფლების წარმომადგენლები, რუსთავის მერიისა და საკრებულოს წარმომადგენლები.

ქობულეთში სასტუმრო „არმაზში" გაჩენილი ხანძრის დროს გუშინ გამთენიისას სამი მოზარდი დაიღუპა.
